User Consent Authorization

1. Understanding and Acknowledgment Regarding the Nature of the Service

FeekerTalk Voice Bridge is an AI-powered real-time bidirectional voice translation service. Its core operating principle is: the raw audio stream generated when you speak is sent in real time via an encrypted connection to third-party AI service providers (Volcano Engine / Alibaba Cloud Tongyi Qianwen), where AI engines perform speech recognition and translation, and return the translated text and synthesized speech to you.

This means:

• Every word you speak will be transmitted in audio form to third-party AI engines
• AI engines will "hear" and process your call content
• Translated text will be retained on the server for 90 days
• This is not equivalent to a regular phone call or regular translation software — your voice and call content will be processed by third-party AI systems

2. Authorization Items

Authorization Item 1: Authorization for Processing of Sensitive Personal Information

I acknowledge and agree that FeekerTalk processes my voice data to provide real-time voice translation services. I understand that voice data constitutes sensitive personal information, and I voluntarily provide this consent.

Authorization Item 2: Authorization to Provide Personal Information to Third Parties

I acknowledge and agree that FeekerTalk provides my personal information (including raw audio streams) to the following third parties:

• Volcano Engine (Beijing ByteDance) — Speech recognition and translation
• Alibaba Cloud (Tongyi Qianwen) — Backup speech recognition and translation
• Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing

Authorization Item 3: Authorization for Cross-Border Data Transfer

I acknowledge and agree that my voice data and translated text will be transmitted to third-party servers located in China for processing.

Authorization Item 4: Authorization for Translated Text Storage

I acknowledge and agree that the original text and translated text generated during the translation process will be stored on the server for 90 days.

Authorization Item 5: Authorization for Call Metadata Collection

I acknowledge and agree that FeekerTalk collects my call metadata (time, duration, language, participants, engine usage) for billing and service improvement purposes.

Authorization Item 6: Authorization for IP Address Usage

I acknowledge and agree that FeekerTalk uses my IP address to determine my approximate geographic location for displaying applicable pricing plans.

3. Withdrawal of Authorization

You have the right to withdraw any of the above authorizations at any time. Withdrawal method: log into your account, go to Account Settings > Privacy Settings; or send an email to support@feekertalk.com.

Please note:Withdrawal of Authorization Items 1, 2, or 3 will result in your inability to continue using the voice translation service. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

4. Full Consent Declaration

By checking the consent box, you confirm that:

1. You are at least 16 years old (or the legal age of majority)
2. You have fully read and understood all of the above documents
3. You explicitly agree to all six authorization items listed in this User Consent Authorization
4. You understand that you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and the consequences of withdrawal
5. You understand the sensitive personal information processing, third-party sharing, and cross-border data transfer involved in this Service
6. Your consent is voluntary, genuine, and explicit
