Overview

Welcome to FeekerTalk Voice Bridge (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and FeekerTalk (hereinafter referred to as "we") regarding your use of the Service.

Article 1: Service Description

FeekerTalk Voice Bridge is an AI-powered real-time bidirectional voice translation service. You can create translation rooms, share links, and conduct real-time bidirectional simultaneous interpretation.

Core translation functionality depends on third-party AI engines (Volcano Engine, Alibaba Cloud Tongyi Qianwen). We reserve the right to adjust the third-party engines used based on factors such as service quality, availability, and cost.

Article 2: Account Management

You undertake to provide true, accurate, and complete personal information when registering. You are responsible for the security of your account and password. You must not impersonate others, register accounts in bulk, or use the Service for illegal purposes.

Article 3: Acceptable Use

You must not transmit or translate illegal content (violence, terrorism, obscenity, gambling, fraud, etc.), must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, and must not use the Service for harassment, threats, or defamation.

You must not abuse the Service for bulk translation or data scraping, bypass the billing system, reverse engineer, or build competing products.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules and to pursue legal liability.

Article 4: Billing and Payment

Billing is per minute. All payments are processed through Stripe. Used call time is non-refundable (unless otherwise required by law). Minimum top-up is 1 hour per transaction.

Article 5: Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights to the Service's software, trademarks, interface design, and other elements belong to FeekerTalk. The intellectual property rights to the voice content and translated text you input and output during use belong to you.

Article 6: Disclaimer

The Service uses AI technology to provide translation, and translation results may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. The Service is not suitable for scenarios requiring precise translation (legal documents, medical diagnoses, safety instructions, etc.). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for any losses resulting from translation errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is".

Article 7: Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
